Problems - we all face challenges

We all face challenges. But are there truly any real problems? If a problem is possible to solve, then it is no longer a problem, it is something that needs action to be solved. Just to get things moving. And if it isn’t possible to fix, then it’s a fact that we must relate to. Adopt, accept and make the best of the situation. There is no problem.

Acceptance is not about giving in or giving up. On the contrary. Acceptance is about seeing circumstances for what they are and, with full force changing or fixing what needs to be fixed. And when it comes to “problem-solving”, Albert nailed it - “No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it”.

On a deeper level, the problem is the resistance we make inside of us while not accepting reality exactly the way it is. When life isn’t evolving the way we want it to, the resistance itself causes stress and negativism. If we could observe this resistance within ourselves and just try to look at it from the outside perspective, the resistance would lose its impact and start to dissolve.

The problem is never the problem.
